Selling content on Shutterstock. Is it worth it?
Interested in the average amount of income, given that I'm going to post about 10-15 photos a week. Is the income worth the effort?

I have 912 photos there. Of these, with the faces of people (who require permission) - not a single one. Income 20-30 dollars a month. In total, from all stocks (7 pieces, each from 800 to 1200 photos) - about $ 100 per month. The main time spent is putting down keywords (done once) and categories (on each site)
Assuming you can generate 15-20 Shutterstock-accepted photos per week, in a year you'll be earning $15-20 per month.
in 2006 I uploaded 70 photos to the shooterstock, for all the time to date, in total, they have brought about 1000 USD.
Moreover, the distribution of profitability is very uneven, some sold a couple of times, and a few others make up most of the profits. So quality is VERY important.
One of the features of photobanks: if the photo is good, then no matter what category it is in, it will be sold!
Whatever the purpose of coming to the photobank is (earnings, PR, just interest), I know for sure that this is an excellent school for a photographer. At least for myself, the most valuable thing that I took away from the pipe is experience.
a photographer friend has about 100 bucks for every 2,000 photos.
well he takes good pictures
About a month ago I went through moderation and started uploading photos there. Now there are 146 works in the portfolio . The total income is $6.4. So if you want to earn something on microstocks, you should think hard about your own strengths. This is very difficult and slow, although, of course, there are also very talented authors whose earnings cause white envy)
