Has anyone come across a really dark theme for Windows 10?

I want a really dark theme for Windows, not black, but in shades. The best example is the Placebo theme for Windows 7.
But no matter how much I roam, nothing like this has yet been found on 10-ke. Tips, links, names, passwords? =)
