Checking them for a SMART test did not work, that is, all the disks are combined in RAID 1. Please tell me how can I check the status of hard drives if they are in RAID? maybe someone faced such a problem.

Try to check the disks with R.tester , of course, there is a SMART view in it. The program is free and just now one of the tasks for its development is to increase the number of different controllers and similar hardware "through which it can pass."
The implementation of these features is highly dependent on drivers and therefore varies in complexity. It is possible that your hardware is already supported.
