Through which delivery service is it better to order an HDD drive?

The hard drive is the most fragile part of a computer. If you can throw a box with a video card and a processor and the hardware remains in working condition, then when it falls on the hard disk, calibration is lost and bad sectors may appear during operation.
Where and how to order a hard drive in the online store?

Do not worry. Buy where you want. Or do you think that they are not delivered to local stores, but are produced locally?

then when the hard disk crashes, calibration is lost and bad sectors may appear during operation.

In part, yes, that's right - if you throw hdd on the asphalt from the fifth floor. Otherwise, they are fairy tales. HDDs are delivered either by air, or by rail, or by trucks, or by sea (or on a sleigh, to the North Pole). And now imagine - with what force a multi-ton cargo plane hits the asphalt during landing. Or trucks at great speed dangle across the mainland through pits, through railway crossings, etc.
IMHO - this is nonsense, not a question.

From this point of view, nowhere, they usually pack them well, but no one follows the delivery process at every stage, so take it in any store near the house

I bought ADATA for 512 GB and the manufacturer promised 500 MB. but it turned out to slow down after 2-5 minutes (most likely it warmed up and did not cool down.)
I understand you!
but still your stupid question?...
if you are sure that you can install the disk itself correctly, buy where they sell from you. Of course, you can order a disc and talk to a manager with a request to pack the disc securely (saying like: the disc is in the package, in a box with foam balls that will hold the disc tight) well, I hope you understand?!... good luck
