I wondered: how to write an application (simple) under Windows. That Qt, that WPA + C # are completely incomprehensible things to me. What is the most relevant for such a task now? It is more convenient to write a GUI application under WIndows in C#.

On it you can also find the easiest to start with - WinForms.
Well, here .NET, or rather C#, WPF or WinForms, each has its pros and cons. For myself, I chose WPF, which is more flexible in terms of display.
