GUI application for Windows?

I wondered: how to write an application (simple) under Windows. That Qt, that WPA + C # are completely incomprehensible things to me. What is the most relevant for such a task now? And where can I find information on how to use it all the same. Only small examples are given, take this, do this, got it, but I don’t see a general concept. Advise...

1) professorweb.ru/my/WPF/base_WPF/level1/info_WPF.php.
2) Free, excellent course on a very good site - www.intuit.ru/studies/courses/550/406/info.
On it you can also find the easiest to start with - WinForms.

Well, here .NET, or rather C#, WPF or WinForms, each has its pros and cons. For myself, I chose WPF, which is more flexible in terms of display.

The book/courses are bad or it just takes time. Study, read different books, articles and understanding will come.
I don't know C# myself, but they say :) that C++/Qt is no worse for rapid application development.
Plus, you're learning C++.
If you don't understand some Qt concepts, please ask.
What's the application?
