High-quality paid and free html templates for an online clothing store?

Hello. Please tell me where to find beautiful, high-quality (paid and, ideally, free) adaptive html templates for an online outerwear store, which are made with the latest layout features in mind.
I prefer bootstrap 3, jquery (I don't know angular at all yet).
I searched for a long time on themeforest.net but somehow they are all heavy, too heaped up, show off, with preloaders, etc.
I would like to find a simple, lightweight and beautiful adaptive template. To be simple and tasteful.
It would be great if the template was free. Don't take it as arrogance.

I do not recommend templates in the form of themes for cms. Especially for shops. As a rule, they are buggy, not supported as expected, and with the release of engine updates, problems only accumulate. Buy PSD or bootstrap, and pull on cms.
