Gray screen when installing ubuntu, how to fix?

Welcome all!
I put ubuntu from a USB flash drive on the HP Proliant DL 140 G3 server and select it in the installation menu, a gray screen comes out and that's it.
The image was made through the universal usb installer, version ubuntu 18.04.3 live server.
What could be the problem and where to dig?

When loading, press the e key in the menu
and enter nomodeset there
and boot.
