GPRS traffic control for Android applications

Is there an application to restrict / allow access to applications if the phone is connected to the network via GPRS?

Let's say I want that in this mode only Opera Mini could connect to the Internet in the GPRS version, and all twitter updates and Google syncs were blocked.

And in wi-fi, so that everything works as before (all synchronizations of all applications are included).

Is there anything on this topic?

It looks like Droid Wall will help. But root is needed.

And what prevents you from turning off background refresh? Neither twitter, nor the market, nor email will access the Internet if they are not opened? And if you need to update, then display the data update widget.

Thank you all again.
Rooted the phone. Installed Droid Wall. Opened access via GPRS only to Opera Mini. Set up GPRS for Beeline UA.
Put a convenient widget to enable / disable GPRS - ApnDroid. Everything works perfectly.

For those who are too lazy to root the phone, you can try the Data Lock application
