Is there an application with the ability to automatically send GPS coordinates to an arbitrary script?

The crux of the matter is that you need an Android application for which you can specify the server address and the application will send coordinates to the specified script, it is also desirable that there be a timing setting so that you can send it once a minute or another interval.

GPS Logger
Logging frequency is configurable. You can set up sending a GPX file (xml in giblets), you can set up sending a GET request to a specified url with a bunch of settings, there is Dropbox, Google Drive. Free :)
From personal experience - out of 3 data acquisition mechanisms, it is better to leave only GPS if good accuracy is needed. And then mobile networks only do what they send the coordinates of the tower to which you are attached.
