Hello, Wi-Fi started to disconnect on Samsung Galaxy A10 S phone today. So how do you turn it off? It doesn't even turn on, it turns off. What should I do with it? Formatting doesn't help.

There was such a problem on the Galaxy S3 - when WiFi was turned on, it tried to turn on for a couple of seconds, and then turned off.
It turned out that the WiFi module on the board failed, i.e. the phone physically could not turn it on.
It can fail for various reasons, flooding, falling, or just because the stars came together. In my case, it turned out that the clock battery (it is there so that the clock does not go astray after the battery is disconnected), located next to the WiFi module, oxidized and leaked. Removing the battery and flushing the board saved the situation.
In short, with this you are most likely in service.
