GPGPU in virtual machines. What technology to choose?

Hello.
I have a server with two radeons on board. I am looking for a technology that will allow virtual machine users to have access to the GPU. I read about nvidia GRID, but it obviously won't suit me :)
Is there such a solution for ATi?

What hypervisor?
Nvidia GRID is just a card, it can work in different modes like other cards: vSGA, vDGA, vGPU.
Choose the mode that the card and hypervisor hold.

I have r9 280x under esxi forwarded, and the embed is given to the hypervisor
