How to enable GPU rendering for GTX 970 in Premiere Pro CC (2015)?

Hello. I created a project in Premiere, when I created it, I enabled the use of CUDA. Now I'm trying to render a video (nothing complicated, just glue two files together) and it takes sooooo long to render (I'm more than sure that it shouldn't be like this; in vegas pro, which does not support my video card, more complex rendering takes so much time). In addition, in Afterburner I see that the video card is not loaded at all, and the CPU is loaded at 100%. What have I done wrong?
