Google fonts & Mac OS: Cyrillic not working?

Why do some fonts downloaded from google not work on mac os? Why does this happen in chrome, firefox browsers, but it works in safari, but also not always ...

Everything works fine on windows os. Tell me how this can be fixed, because on google fonts itself everything works well in mac os.
