How to determine the fullness of the disk?

Good afternoon, there was such a problem:
Infa about the storage gives out that 222GB is free and at the same time 214GB is allocated for programs.

1) Yuzal CleanMyMac - 3 GB removed and that's it.
2) Used disk utility - nothing changed.
3) I noticed that when you delete a program, its size is added to the "Programs" and "Free" sections. In the first, sometimes 2 times more.
4) Reboot did not help.

As you can see: the memory is in place. I'm only interested in why this blue scale behaves wildly somehow?

Either the Spotlight cache has broken, or it was once disabled for you. The solution is googled on "How to Fix Wrong Hard Drive Data Usage Calculation in OS X"
