Google Chrome and Spell Checker. Help

I already created a topic when I had the 12th version of chrome.
Now I'm on my 14th. I reinstalled chrome.
Nothing helps. And I googled too...
Look how it looks:



And it's the Russian language check that doesn't work. English checks correctly.

Maybe the locale of the system is not Russian?

Chrome can check only 1 language, it turns out you have a Russian check, but for some reason it checks English.
