How to fix a frozen image in chrome?

Hello. Noticed a strange problem. Often chrome hangs a picture. On the tab, despite the actions, nothing changes, for example, when changing the page through javascript, or when a tooltip pops up on the translated page, it is not visible. The image is updated when you scroll the page up or down.
