Visual studio and Chrome don't work together! Why?

Good afternoon! Yesterday I installed a cumulative update for Visual Studio on my head and ran into this problem:
If you start the browser (any) at the beginning and then the studio, then it will not respond (hang) until you close the browser. After closing the browser, you can continue working in the studio.
If you start the studio and then any browser, then they will not work. Chrome, for example, constantly says that the tab has stopped responding.
This problem is on 2 computers.

There is not enough processor time, you have only 2 cores, the browser takes 1 core, modern Visual Studio is more than 1.
