The question is as follows: a display ad has been created in Google Ads that promotes entertainment content (movies, series). Here are just an ad allowed with a display restriction in Russia. I have already indicated the age limit in every line and on every photo, but still they don’t let the ad pass. They refer to Russian legal requirements, which you need to study on your own.

Where to look for them and does it make sense?

Has anyone experienced this in practice? Thanks in advance.
