Does Yandex Direct have similar reports?

Unfortunately, there is nothing similar in Yandex.Direct, or rather, I don’t know of similar tools.
In the web interface, on the "Bids" tab, a traffic forecast is drawn, so you can draw conclusions about what share of traffic you buy out with the assigned rate. But this is only a forecast, which in reality may not coincide with reality.
You can also make assumptions based on the indicator "weighted impressions."

Weighted impressions are impressions adjusted for traffic volume. That is, the weight of each impression is determined taking into account the volume of traffic of the position where the ad was shown. The more traffic, the higher the impression weight.

It can be assumed that the lower the weight of the impression, the more traffic you lose (lose impressions).
Well, sometimes they write in the recommendations, you lose so many clicks, increase the budget. :)
