For example, use them when sending an email form to attach user data to the maximum amount. With the help of what services it can be obtained where you can read about it. Services usually prohibit the transfer of personal data that allows you to accurately identify the user (email / name)
. You can transfer userid to GA, you can take it from there in extended segments
. You can transfer it to Metrica through visit parameters. It will soon be possible to analyze through segments as well :)
