Everything worked and suddenly stopped logging into your account. When trying to recover the password (the email of our site [email protected]****.com.ua is used as a login), it says: "Account with this email address was not found." The problem is that this account has a lot of money in adwords.

We have access to the login box. The credit card is connected to the account. The website v****.com.ua has been advertised in adwords for many years. We did not break any rules and there was nothing to block us for. Probably someone hacked the account, but the recovery form, to which everyone sends us here, simply does not remember and does not work. What to do?

The problem is that even having all the evidence that our login is ours, we have no options on how to restore access. I’m scared for all my accounts - what’s the point of adding phones, other emails for recovery, even if they don’t let me into the recovery form?

Have you tried it on another computer? Maybe you have a vir and it seems like a phishing page?

Call support urgently, 24/7 number: 8 800 100-46-64. Let them freeze the account until all the circumstances are clarified. We also have adwords on the corporate domain, but we use bank transfer. The bank card was not linked to the account. We put money in small batches of 15-25k, since anything can happen.
