Give a guarantee for the application? On what terms?

A potential client asked for a guarantee for an application, such as fixing crashes within six months. Do you provide a guarantee? Or are all crash fixes included in the further support of the application at some monthly rate for example?

Oh sure.
And if you constantly work with him, then the guarantee only lengthens. And it can take years and years.
If a one-time client - then a guarantee longer than a couple of months is unprofitable. Only for a fee.

The main thing is that you don’t give reports to the customer until the full delivery :) Of course, I’m not a professional in androyd, and maybe I’m doing something wrong, but sometimes such crashes arrive that you can’t even figure it out with half a liter. Your own bugs will quickly be found, but if the customer will soar your brain on any crash, this is hell.

It depends on whether support is included in the cost of development, and so tell the client. They say I'll take only for the time spent on development, but there may or may not be errors, this is for a fee. Or I lay the stock in full, but I give guarantees of a fix for such and such a period of time.
