Genymotion does not add devices. What to do?

I recently updated Genymotion to version 2.6.0 and after that I can't add any device.
I press the add button, select the device, the file is loaded. And when the file upload is completed, an error window appears: "Unable to create virtual device. Failed to import OVA file." At the same time, existing devices are launched for me (the ones that I downloaded before). This was not the case before.
I've been googling for 3 days now, and I just can't figure out this situation. A lot has been recommended on SO ( here and here ). I tried everything: I cleared the cache, downloaded the OVA file separately, tried downloading different devices, opened the program with admin rights, and even completely reinstalled Genymotion and Virtualbox.
Who faced a similar problem? Help me please!

After uninstalling Genymotion and Virtualbox, you also need to delete the folder on the path:
X:\Users\USER_NAME\AppData\Local\Genymobile
