Getting started on Upwork in March 2022 - what are the nuances?

Dear smart people, help.

Introductory:
- a citizen of the Russian Federation
- a tax resident of the Russian Federation
- not an individual entrepreneur
- now I am in Romania, and I am working on staying here (residence permit)
- I have an account in a foreign bank

I am starting to work for Upwork.
Questions:
1. In the Tax Information section there is a Tax Residence subsection.
Do I understand correctly that I am specifying a Russian address, and there will be no problems with Upwork?
When I signed up for Upwork, my current address is in Romania.

2. VAT - what should be indicated here? TIN?

3. In the Get Paid section, I indicated the details of my foreign account (the Federal Tax Service of the Russian Federation knows about it).
Do I understand correctly that I am subject to double taxation in the country where the account is opened and in the Russian Federation?

Thanks a lot for the replies!

@Fellit23

1. Data from Romania
2. Romanian number, xs what they have.
3. Actually yes, practically no.
You do not have an individual entrepreneur in Russia, you will be subject to VAT, but no one will even look in your direction.
DO NOT indicate anything from Russia, they will ban you.
Everything is Romanian! and the upwork will ask for confirmation that you are in romania, but I think there will be no problems with this. Bank statement, etc. enough.

Not the best time to join Upwork :)

They stop their business in Russia and Belarus.
New registrations and contracts are already prohibited. And from May 1, payment for already concluded contracts will stop working.
The only way is to move to another country and list it as your address on Upwork. But they will require documentary evidence.

It is obvious that Russian data cannot be indicated anywhere, this is a direct path to the ban
