Get image from HDMI device through video card?

There is a video recorder with an image output via HDMI, my monitor refuses to receive it (there is no signal), it works on the other, but my monitor is working, because it sees the image from the tablet, but there is no signal from the recorder.
And I wondered if my video card (1080 GTX) with 3 HDMI inputs and one DP can get an image on one of the HDMIs?
