4K 60Hz using HDMI 1.4 and Type-C Gen1 | 4K 60Hz via HDMI 1.4 and Type-C Gen1?

The laptop has HDMI 1.4 and USB Type-C Gen 1 ports. They do not support 60 Hz in 4K resolution based on the specification. Are there other ways to get 60Hz? For example, to transmit a video signal to a monitor using 2 type-c and hdmi cables at the same time? Or using some kind of hub, in which of the two cables the signal will converge and go to the monitor? Perhaps there are software methods to solve the problem?
Thanks everyone for the replies.

My laptop has HDMI 1.4 and USB Type-C Gen 1 ports. These ports don't support 60Hz with 4K resolution by following specifications. Do there exist any other methods to get 60Hz? For example, by transmitting a video signal to the monitor by using simultaneously two cables - Type-C & HDMI 1.4 or by using some hub/dongle where these two cables will be plugged into the hub and video signal will be going farther from the hub to the monitor? Maybe there are some program methods of solving this issue.
Thank you for all your tips.
