Have you tried opening the case of the device? What the heck is a scheme?! :D
You see what's the matter - the USB hub is a very "stupid" device, there is only one microcircuit, the rest are ordinary electrical conductors, that is, there is nothing to diagnose there, except to inspect and ring the tracks for a break, and if they are intact, then the microcircuit died, fix the chip... well, you get the idea.
