Problem with the video card when the computer is turned on for the second time

Hello.
There was a strange problem with the computer and monitor.
Computer: ASUS P8H67, Intel Core i5 2400, Palit GT 440 1024M, Foxconn 500W
Monitor: NEC MyltiSync EA232WMi

Monitor connected via DVI.
We turn on the computer, work, turn it off.
In the morning we turn it on, there is no image on the monitor, while the monitor blinks once, it received some signal from the computer. The monitor does not write that the cable is not connected. There is also no image on the VGA port. The computer does not beep and does not load the OS, because if you press the shutdown button, it immediately turns off. Now the computer can be restarted, turned on / off, even completely de-energized, and then turned on, but there will be no image on the monitor. And if you turn off the monitor or disconnect the DVI cable, turn on the computer and immediately turn on the monitor, the image will appear.

When exiting sleep mode, the monitor does not turn on, there is no image.

When connected via VGA or HDMI, there is no such problem, everything works as it should.

When replacing the PSU with 500W, too, the problem disappears with CoolerMaster.

Well, I'll try to replace the PSU under warranty, but why such a strange behavior? If there are any problems affecting the video card, then it should not work at all, but it works, and I connect the adapter to DVI via HDMI and connect the monitor to the adapter. The problem occurs only on the second start. You can work on such a computer if you turn off the monitor, and then turn on the computer and the monitor.

It turns out there is some kind of connection between the monitor, DVI and PSU. I have 6 of these computers, the problem arose on 3. There are still computers exactly the same, but with the CoolerMaster PSU, everything works perfectly.

Are system speakers installed on your computer? Maybe when you connect the monitor via DVI, something-not-that-happens and it tries to tell you (beeps 1 long and 3 short ones) that the vidyuha is not working. As an option.

why such strange behaviour?

Probably from a twelve volt line. And from Foxconn. I didn’t use it myself, but for some reason my female intuition associates this name with the rebrand of the Chinese non-name and puts it on a par with svens, defenders and geniuses. I would trust them with a mouse, but the power supply is not.
