Game on XBOX360 for an 8-year-old child?
Actually a question. I wanted to buy Fable, but it has an M rating. And this is clearly not without reason. Something fable like this is best. Thank you.

According to my observations (son, 6 years old): he enjoys playing what he watches cartoons / films about (ours, for example, is delighted with super-heroes in general and Spider-Man in particular, so he played Spider-Man: Friend or foe). I also really like games about sonic, rayman, all kinds of racing (which are simpler, closer to arcades).
There is a relatively old game Viva Pinata - I think it should fit!
Maybe some sports games. Or, for example, a new forza. Hero guitar.
If we talk about fable, specifically fable 2, then I didn’t see anything terrible there: you run, complete quests, you are accompanied everywhere by a cute dog. The only bad thing I remember there was the prostitutes.
Or maybe give it to the sports section? Until I was 18, I didn't have a computer or a shogi. I don't regret it one bit. Previously, children could not be driven off the streets, but now they cannot be driven away from games. Well, it is so, by the way!
Portal / Portal 2 ?
The first has a rating of T (13+), the second has an E (10+), but in principle there is no special crime ... And given the current development of children, even more so ...
I recommend the Colonizers , though I'm afraid it won't fit on one XBOX, I'll have to buy a few more and put them next to each other.
games from the Lego series. Indiana Jones all sorts, Star Wars, etc.
Buy a stepmania rug on eBay! I don’t know about your child, but most of my friends are not averse to dancing on the same dance dance revolution or pump it up in shopping centers. It's fun, it's a lot of physical activity and it can be played by up to 4 people. Only, if the budget allows, of course, buy either some good rug for 50 bucks, or a metal rack for 100-150. The stand, of course, is much more convenient.
