How to change the year on a computer without glitches, or a PC code number?

On the Game pass for PC, the offline mode limit has ended, which is why it gives out this.

I tried to manually change the year to the 23rd through the computer to get around this problem, but in the end I couldn’t even use the search engine because of the mismatched time with the world . And in various gaming programs on Tim Steam, Xbox there was no connection. How can I change the system date in such a way that it would be without glitches, or the code code of the PC is supposedly from VS-1953 to VS-1537 in order to get around this problem? No way.
Firstly, the date is probably stored and considered not locally by you and it doesn’t care about your date on your computer.
Secondly - now a lot of things are tied to the exact date - in fact, all cryptography - and you will not be able to eliminate glitches and problems by 100%.
