Game development with Unity - Which is better for 3D modeling + animation?
Hello. We decided with a friend to make a game on Unity , almost no experience. The choice fell on 3D , which means we need models and then our eyes just run up to the programs. There is no time to try everything at once, I want to hear opinions from experienced developers. I'm going to make models simple, it is desirable that there be built-in animation.
I climbed a lot of forums: 3DS Max is not particularly liked, but Blender, Maya, Modo, Cinema 4D and ZBrush are advised . Which of these suits me best? In which of them can you easily make animation? At the moment I'm making voxel models in MagicaVoxel , but there is no built-in animation, where is the easiest way to do it? Thanks in advance for your replies.
