Been using any.Do and Todoist for a long time. But now there is a need for functionality like: "Repeat the task every hour" or "Every Monday at 8.00" and so on. Prompt who than used with similar functionality. Preferably an Android app.

The most functional one I know today is mylifeorganized. There is a lot of functionality there.
I myself now use todoist and there is also the ability to create repeating tasks.

calendar.google.com copes with this,
well, asana can also upload it to Google calendar

Jorte is a wonderful calendar for android. Repetition of tasks is flexibly configured, synchronization with Google calendar and other goodies in the free version.
