Colleagues, you really need to know. A plugin for Jira is being made. And a question arose about the so-called. tickets (issue). It seems that Jira does not contain as such a built-in mechanism (service, component) that updates the index on schedules. This must be done manually, i.e. pens, or by API (Jira 6), or write your own service, script, bike.
