Full Stack Web Development Specialization on Coursera - will it be useful?

I want to take a series of courses - https://www.coursera.org/specializations/full-stack , in order to master the profession at least at a level sufficient to start my development in this area.
I myself have already taken courses at codeacademy such as:

  • HTML+CSS
  • javascript
  • Jquery
  • Making a website
  • Making an interactive website

In principle, I mastered the crumbs of initial knowledge, but I understand that this is really crumbs. I want to get a systematic and high-quality education. That's how it works. that at the time I have the opportunity to study only remotely.
Does anyone have experience with this specialization on coursera? Please share your experience.
Maybe someone will advise alternatives, talk about how he studied using such resources?

Yes, there is no something super systematized in the frontend today, the profession is very young.
Just try to do something. For example, make a site for each of the family members and the cat. Site for yourself. This will be an excellent practice, much better than courses out of touch with life.
Only later, when you have decently mastered all the basics, it will be clear to you what kind of knowledge you lack and you can start choosing courses more thoughtfully.
