Fujitsu LIFEBOOK A514 - German quality?

I am looking for a laptop to replace the killed Lenovo ThinkPad L420. I want the same "strong" laptop. But the budget is very limited.
I would like to know your opinion about the Fujitsu LIFEBOOK A514 laptop. They write that it is assembled in Germany.
It has a fairly good price tag (one of the cheapest on Core i3). But there is not much information about him.
