What to choose Macbook Air 13" 2016 or something else?

Hello! Which laptop would you recommend to choose with max. budget up to 60K. (games and heavy tasks are not required)
Initially I chose Macbook Air 13 "with starting characteristics.
Mac - it does not hang, does not slow down, you do not waste time working on it, but the reviews on the TN-matrix make you doubt something. On Retina (of course it just super) the budget is not enough yet and I would not want to pay extra + 30K.
The question is in the display, maybe the person-future owner works at the computer every day and almost all day.
Maybe someone faced such a choice? Who will advise what :-)
Thank you all in advance!
PS Desirable, of course, SSD.

The question "buy a macbook or something else" appears very often on the toaster, so I'll try to break the template of standard answers to it.
If you have simple everyday tasks planned (you yourself say that no heavy tasks are planned) and the future owner is able not to clutter up his laptop with the amigo browser, Yandex bars and other garbage that eats up resources and interferes, then any budget laptop for 15 -20K. Well, 25 max. Yes, not cool. If you arrive at a barbershop on a gyro scooter, spinning a spinner in one hand, and in the other there is something without a bitten apple, others will not check it out. But the main thing is that this piece of iron works. I type half of the time on a seven-year-old laptop, and the other half on a netbook. I just replaced the HDD with an SSD. There are Linux, nothing slows down, does not hang. And that's enough to get the job done. Quite. And given the slight myopia left over from childhood, with a 40 cm retina I can’t distinguish it from a non-retina at all. From the usual matte monitors that I have been sitting behind all day for many years, my vision is not something that does not sit down, I don’t even remember when my eyes got tired for the last time. And for the remaining 40-45K (from your 60) you can take an ATV, which will definitely not become obsolete in a couple of years and will carry and delight its owner. Or a bike to do some sport. Or saiga. They say it calms the nerves.
