FTP client with FXP support?

You need to transfer from one ftp to another ftp, but there is no place to archive, so you need a client with FXP support.
Requirements:
Good interface.
Site manager (so as not to enter passwords every time), it is desirable that passwords are encrypted.
FXP support.
And preferably free.
I know that there is no such thing in Total Commander, but can someone tell me a plugin how to do this?
I didn't find it in FileZille.
Client list:
with FPX support
FlashFXP, but it is paid.
ftprush
without FPX support
Total Commander
FileZilla

Throwing such a question into the “system administration” hub, a reasonable question arises: “Why not throw it using other protocols directly between servers, without such a thing as FXP? scp for help. In addition, you can execute a regular client command from one of the servers (depending on which server it will be either a download or a download, and for the server itself it will be a local directory), I recommend lftp as a client.

Doesn't Total Commander support FXP? The documentation claims otherwise.

I use a paid Handy Backup Server, once it crashed on a 1024MB .wav file. There were no more glitches.
