How to push to multiple directories at once?

I have several sites with CMS OpenCart, each of these sites has the same controllers/views/models, but is located in different directories. Is there a solution to push the changed file to all directories at the same time when I change the file locally?

the folders look like this (inside one FTP):
abakan.site.com
ekb.site.com
moscow.site.com
etc...
