FTP - 425 Can't open data connection. Resets the connection?

Hello everyone, there is such a problem with MS Server 2008, the client clings to it with a script and downloads files from the directory, after a while the server terminates the connection, what could be the trouble?
Breaks after about 3 minutes of downloading, as if the server goes inactive (
