How to find FTP server on IIS server?

We had FTP configured by the system administrator on the IIS server
. For some reason, when I try to connect, it says "Access denied".
However, I cannot find this server in the lists anywhere in this panel.

Can you tell me how to find this ftp server and see its parameters, etc.?

Install the Web Server (IIS) role, select the FTP server installation in the Web Server Role Service
