What ftp client to use for fast file upload?

Hello everyone, for downloading sites via FTP (and for downloading them in principle too) I use TotalComander. The problem is that it pumps everything very, very slowly. I understood this when I used the online ftps of the server itself. What is loaded through a cloud FTP client in a minute, in TC can be loaded up to an hour. Perhaps there is some kind of normal desktop client (do not offer fileZilla, I tried it) or can I somehow configure TC for normal operation speed?

I also had the same problem with TC. Started using SFTP after that with WinSCP program. If there is SFTP - I advise. The speed is ten times higher.

Well, I don’t know about filezilla .... It doesn’t suit me at all in terms of speed! Now stopped at transmit. BUT still in search of something more perfect.
