Is it possible to set up a local network on Mikrotik separately for 2-3 users?

There is a Mikrotik in a small organization with a configured network and the Internet. A separate local network between 2 computers is required, which will be invisible to everyone else (so that the Internet works on all computers). Can someone describe the whole process in detail?
In fact, it is necessary to block access to 2 PCs from the local network (that is, so that these 2 computers are not displayed in the Network Neighborhood on other PCs on the local network, interacting only with each other via LAN and having Internet access)

vlan is yours, or if you want - throw them into a separate subnet with your own routing.

How are all users physically connected now? Directly into the m-tic or is there an intermediate switch? If directly, it is enough to make two bridges (most likely, you already have 1) In one, add the plrts of selected users, in the second, the ports of the rest. Assign addresses to bridges, set up rules for filtering traffic between subnets, set up a dhcp server.
