From the first launch slow down the game?

Such a disaster. When I just turn on the computer (from a cold start), then any game slows down at startup. As soon as I reboot the computer, everything becomes normal as before.
Has anyone come across?

I have such a problem. If you turn on the laptop without charging, the video card starts in power saving mode. And the frequencies do not rise after the charging is connected. Only reboot saves.
