Wi-fi card atheros ar5b95 does not receive settings via dhcp, what's the problem?

There are two laptops, one has an intel card and it connects perfectly to the wireless network (there is no encryption). Here are its settings

Disable the first laptop and register these settings on the second computer, then even the gateway does not ping.

The second laptop with an atheros card stubbornly does not connect to the Internet. Can't find dhcp. There were no such problems before. I tried different firewood - one result, several minutes of trying to get the address and then "connection is limited."

What could be the reason?

Geographically in Montenegro, the operator looks like M: tel www.facebook.com/groups/freelancemontenegro/permalink/462753153796919/

In general, as it turned out, the problem is not in the card, but in the provider - yesterday my laptop was cut off, and the laptop with the Intel card does not connect. I wrote to them in support, something seems to be wrong with the DHCP server. Such are the features of the Internet in Budva :)
Thank you all very much!

try to prescribe the MAC address in the card settings - there were cases: 1) that the network card lost the address - it
became 00-00-00-00-00-00
reloading the computer, it was completely different each time.
in both cases, the task in the driver of its address temporarily saved, then both were replaced (one built-in LAN, the second PCI LAN)

First of all, go to
atheros.cz/
and install the drivers from there.
Don't forget to restart your computer.

No. Connects, but even to the gateway does not respond.
