Freelancers, how do you work?

I like freelancing, but I would like to have work experience, to have all the necessary deductions where necessary.
How do you work:
— Do you work unofficially?
— Do you draw up a state of emergency (FLP / IP)?
- Or through acquaintances you attach labor for the experience?

Nobody cares about the meager income of freelancers. Therefore, you can not make out and nothing will happen.
Register when you confidently earn enough. If no one snitchs, no one will dig for your couple of hundred dollars.
But, if you still earn normal money, then:
You need to register if you take a large order and the customer will deduct money from your current account, then you should be registered so that the customer pays not from his personal money (having paid the tax), but from the company's account.
There is another option, to work under a contract, then you act as a contractor and the customer pays the tax for you (well, or from your money, but taxes are the customer’s hemorrhoids already). Few people like this option, but it exists.
If you work alone, you work honestly, you don’t want to take on debts and throw someone away, draw up an IP for a fixed rate of 6%. Remember that you are responsible with all your personal property, if anything. If the money is large and not everything goes smoothly, then an LLC, but the taxes there are not small and the fines are more serious.
e-kontur.ru or moedelo.org will help.
And yet, write in the contract that the act of delivery and acceptance of the order is the transfer of money to your settlement account. So that they don’t get to the bottom if anything.
Good luck

>> Do you work unofficially?
Yes.
>> Or through friends attach labor for seniority?
didn't do it. I switched to freelancing six months ago, that is, I already have experience.

Student, I work unofficially, remotely, as soon as I finish the 5th year I will think about official employment. But this is not in the first place for me - most likely I will continue to work without registration or I will issue a legal entity. face

In the spring he flew away from the state organization, where he spent five years.
All this talk about the need for seniority is somewhat disturbing,
so I'm thinking about putting a book somewhere.
Won't hurt. But for now on my own.

At the expense of Ukraine.
If you get everything in cash, then there are no problems.
If you receive through a card / bank, then please note that our banks do not like this, they may start asking questions.
