Is there a "Broker" for UpWork?
Greetings. Is there something like a broker (I hope I put it correctly) for UpWork, who himself looks for tasks, communicates with the customer, withdraws money, etc. and take a percentage for it? And the performer simply gives the task. Naturally, the performer must be checked. The advantage is that you can work whenever you want, without bothering with all the subtleties of work, etc. I would probably use...

What you are describing is essentially project management. The lion's share of freelancing is just this management. Bungling up a website according to a ready-made task is much easier than negotiating and so on. And there are much fewer good specialists in this than those who know how to site or wordpress. So these services are really expensive. After people try freelancing, they no longer think that all "salespeople" or "managers" in offices eat their bread in vain.
You, as correctly said, to the agency (on the upwork). Or to another team where there are managers.
It may be an agency, but it cannot be a broker as such. Why would he spoil his rate if you didn’t do the job on time or didn’t do it well? Looking for another artist? - Then again, this is an agency. What you want is called a girl for 15+ -tyr / month, who will look for orders based on your specific needs / experience / workload, maintain a Personal account, communicate with customers. Well, or a wife on maternity leave and upwork;)
Apparently you are looking for an agency.

producers split 70/30
I, as a PM, would split 90/10 if I were a broker
1. Guys who work themselves. And expand at your expense to provide services that they cannot provide themselves. It's the best.
2. Classic broker - will bring down your prices in any way. It is a bad idea.
3. The one you described is both the project manager and those. lead and salesperson - you will give him a very decent percentage.
