What is the secure payment method for UPWORK re-registrants?

So there were circumstances that I had to re-register on Upwork.
Banned at all because of low conversion. I am a good specialist. But at the very beginning, thinking that the rules are not very different from freelancer.com, I uploaded a photo that was not my own.
At the moment, for health reasons, I have access to remote work that does not require movement over long distances.
In my niche, 70% of the work on other exchanges is orders from intermediaries who take projects on Upwork.
I have studied all available information on how to reduce the chances of getting caught. But almost nothing is mentioned about the choice of payment method.
Hence the question: is it safe to choose a bank transfer after Payoneer? What other options are there?
In any case, they may have an identification code. But, of course, they are not physically able to store all the data in their archives. Should I be concerned about the identification code?
Is there any chance to return to Payoneer?
PayPal as a payment method is not available in my country.
