Where to start earning typical web macaque?

Hello. I am 15 years old and I was a typical web macaque, almost finished the "courses", but have no idea how to start earning.
I don’t consider the issue with the office in principle, I have already responded to hh many times, nothing comes of it, of course, due to age.
Now I'm trying to take an order on freelance, so far it's not really working out.
The question arose: Are there the same web macaques here? How did you start earning?
PS Knowledge: html5, css3, bootstrap, js, jquery, now I'm studying react.
