What are the easiest legal options for remote work from Europe for six months?

Hello.
Please tell me the easiest legal options in terms of visas / permits to work remotely from some European country for six months. There is legal work in Moscow.
A good example: Spain and the no-laboral visa. What else? Share your experience.
Thank you!

Easy options in the Schengen area are limited to three months, so I would alternate between:

10 3 месяца в Испании
20 3 месяца в нешенгенской Европе: бывшей Югославии, Кипре, Великобритании
30 При желании go to 10

I recently applied for a residence permit in Lithuania. You can legally stay in the EU 365 days a year (from Bulgaria, Croatia and Switzerland to France, Norway). Informing the FMS is not required (it is not a document of permanent residence). It is a separate plastic card with biometric data and a photo. It is accompanied by a European health insurance card, which allows you to receive free medical care. assistance in any EU country. Allows you to work for hire and conduct business without additional permits, including opening personal and corporate accounts in European banks. There is no mandatory minimum stay in the country. The annual renewal (5 years) takes 3 days. The registration took 5 working days in Lithuania, then, strictly according to the law, 2 months of waiting at home and another 3 days of receiving the card.

In Germany there is a "visa for job search" (easy to google), for 6 months.
