I read that you need to kill the process and update the clamav databases.
How to kill a process if the console is not responding?

From another computer, connect via SSH for example. You need to update ClamAV itself

It turned out to disable the output of logs to the console using CTRL + Z
ssh did not work until you turn off the logs in the console.
